There is only Jesus. Jesus is the Way, Truth & Life. Nobody comes to the Father except through Christ and Christ alone. People may not know him by name but they do know Him by spirit and intuition. There is no excuse because God planted his law in our hearts (Jeremiah 31:33). We know internally what to do, right from wrong. It is imbedded in our minds and hearts. We don’t have to go here or there to find God because “true worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit and truth, for these are the kind of worshippers the Father seeks.” (John 4:23) If we betray Christ, we also betray ourselves because Christ lives in us (Galatians 2:20). The secret is to pray to God moment by moment, staving off temptations to go astray and hurt another creation of God– and ourselves in the process. Seek the light and be pure in God’s eyes. The light is the force of good. Recall when they came to arrest Jesus before crucifying Him; they came at night with lanterns (John 28:3). Those who crawl in the night and seek evil betray Christ as Judas betrayed Christ. Stay in the light and seek good, moment by moment in faith.
