If you are broke, do not complain, accuse or condemn others. Instead, find this an occasion to move into a closer relationship with God. A sign that God has favour upon you is when He blesses you with prosperity in all things, like when your finances are in good shape, your children are happy and thriving and there is peace in your home. All these things are signs that God is showering you with blessings. If that is your experience, please give thanks and express gratitude to God for all these good things; if you whine and complain, you will put into motion a chain of events to reverse this trend. It happened to Isreal (see Psalm 106). Dont let it happen to you. The prayer in Psalm 106 is a compelling message to get your life right with God. Its a prayer encouraging us to be grateful, to pray and open our eyes to what God has done for us.
