The God Loves Profit mindset mirrors the Biblical theme of growth being blessed by God; yet that prosperity is conditioned to following God’s ways of doing things. It is the way we live that has power to bring good things into our lives. Jesus is the ultimate model for us. One sure way to live that brings blessings, is being open to new life. Fertility, growth & nourishing new life pushes humanity toward the good. It helps people care for their young and inspires them to provide. That inspiration helps cultivate innovation to create new markets for goods and services to serve others. The economy is spurred on by abundant life and the circulation of money works to prosper communities. Once the channel to new life is cut off, then poverty slowly creeps in. You may not notice it right away, but in time people become poorer for it. One great example of this mindeset is found in the Parable of the Talents, Matthew 25:14-30. The one who was unwilling to work, plant and grow, had everything taken away from him. The ones who worked hard, planted and produced fruit, were blessed.
