The just actions from God and the results we seek in our lives come directly from how we lead our lives. The tendency for some to cry out for justice require only that we repent and get our lives straightened out in the path toward God. The blame game does not help.We create the circumstances of our lives, good or bad. As God states in Psalm 107: 10-11, “those who sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, bound in affliction and irons—because they rebelled against the words of God, and despised the counsel of the Most High.” When we decide to follow Jesus Christ and the laws of God, good things follow in its path; when we rebel, we can rightly expect bad things to ensue. In sickness, we need to go visit the doctor to heal; the Bible also advises us to look within to where we have disobeyed God in the process. Any physical sickness is an opportunity to repent and draw closer to God: “some were sick through their sinful ways and because of their iniquities endured affliction.” (Psalm 107:17) Ultimately God wants us to move toward His will for our lives. Make this day, a day for Christ and allow Him to reign in your heart. If the desires of your heart tend toward sin, pray that those desires get re-directed toward good. If you feel that you want to sin, you need prayer to desire to feel to create good. Our lives tend to flow in the direction on how we feel and we need to pray unceasingly to feel we want to accomplish good. In that way, more good will flow into our lives and fill our circumstances with abundant blessings.
